LLD Lightning sorc?

I'm making a LLD lightning sorc using this setup:

spirit sword

visceratuant socket = ?

vipermagi socket = ?

2/10/life/mana ammy

2/20 circlet socket = ?

10/mana ring

soj

belt: not sure, strings or maybe rare 24fhr/life/mana/stats

boots: cow boots

switch: +2ca +3es +3ts insight staff (for chill armor and mana regen, vita build)

charms: fhr scs as needed, the rest are lifers

target breakpoints: 117fcr, 86fhr, and probably max block too

stats:

str: enough for equipment

dex: max block

vita: all

energy: none

skills:

max lightning

some into synergies and mastery

1 warmth

1 ts (is it worth it?)

1 teleport

Well, at least the government didn't kill you the way it did the other guys who had dreams.

Lightning attacks depend heavily upon synergies and +skills, and you won't have many of those at that level.
