Need Help With MLD

hi, i am long time pvmer, and hld, however mld is something i am not aware of at all.

i ll beging with simple questions:

whats difference between level 30/29/49, why exactly those levels?

is there any level 42 duelling chars?

would it be better to have your inventory full of lifers or skillers if going 49?

whats max amount of hp on skiller for lvl 49?

and what shall i pick, a lighting sorc or fire sorc, lighting sorc has better max damage, but fire has better fcr bps and has bigger splash ( missile size ) and also costs less mana.

what equipment shall i use for lvl 29/30/49 sorc? ( it has to be a sorc, because its only class i find fun to play with )

this is for new patch/ladder so money shouldnt be much of a problem ( unless you ll start saying get 3/100hp amulet / coronet )

also, is there much of a difference in play style ( in pvp ofc ) between High level sorc and middle level sorc?|||Quote:

Lvl 25 adds nightmare items, between lvl 26 and 29 lots of + skills items come available (SoJ, Skin of the Viper Magi, Peasant Crown,...), lvl 30 adds new skills (eg: masteries for sorcs) that do a lot of damage, 49 adds + skill charms, at 50 you get hell items.

Compare a lvl 48 to a lvl 49. A lvl 49 will have a +10 to skills advantage. A lvl 42 dueller vs a lvl 48 has better chances of winning than a lvl 48 has to won from a lvl 49.

Basically under lvl 30 it's all melee chars, above ranged and ele chars will be able to compete a lot better.

IIRC life and +skills are both suffixes, so they can't drop on the same charm. +mana and +skills can though, so if you plan on using Energy shield... Not 100% shure though, I'm at work and can't check Arreat Summit for it. Maybe someone can confirm?|||negative, 49 is all about facets. 42 is where skillers are available not to mention the class specific uniques like titans. 18 is very populated with casters as well, you just have to spend even more time/effort/resources to compete.

ps. yes you can have a life/skill he was asking on the amount @ 49 (not sure off the top of my head) as well as if he should go all 20life scs or skillers. honestly, it depends on the build.|||Quote:

It's 30 life for lvl 49 on skillers (IIRC ofc).|||i was thinking of making lighting or fire sorc, i am not sure which would fair better in mld, because i have never been doing any kind of mld.

lifers/skillers looks like i should be picking up skillers for sorc, and i am not sure if i should pick up lvl 49 ( facets ) or 42 ( skillers ) because i am well confuse what gear shall i socket with facets when i ll need a lot of resistance (UM rune )

any body knows where i can find mld fire/lighting sorc guide? so far search function failed.
