Need input...

Im currently making a charger and Im unsure if the following things carry to PVP.

Does weaken apply to PVP?

Does slow target items add up and if yes what is the cap?

If I charge and hit a target, will the 'slow target apply'?

Does decrepify work in PVP?

Does the x% to cast amplify damage carry to PVP and if yes, is there a PVP penalty of 1/6?

What is the crushing blow and deadly strike limit?

IF i correctly recall, DS is 95%?

Thanks for inputs guys.|||-weaken: No idea, even if it does, it isn't very usefull.

-slow target: yes it adds up, though vs some characters it is considered bm. (any amazon/smiter/wolf)

-slow target works with charge yes.

-decrepify works.

-%ctc amplify dmg works, no penalty

-both ds and cb have a 95% cap iirc. Crushing blow isn't all that usefull on a charger, as you'll probably deal a few very hard hits, where crushing blow is usefull when you have quit a lot of hits and low(er) damage.|||Would the amplify damage, if cast, be taken into account before the charge damage is taken into consideration?|||Ehem. Amplify damage lowers your %DR. Any physical damage is taken into account. DR% is basically physical resistance and amplify & decephrify lowers this.

Weaken works. Yes, 95%slow is the cap..... CB = Not worth taking into the equation in PvP. Deadly strike and OW are however.

There isn't a PvP penalty on the Amplify damage spell or any spell, as they aren't physical.

Correct me if I'm wrong or understood you incorectly, but I believe there is PvP penalty of 1/6 on any damage dealing spell. Otherwise, any bone nec would 1 hit characters with less than 6-7k life :|

Curse. There is no penalty on curses as far as I know. They don't deal damage anyways.|||I remember seeing somewhere that the max slow was 75%, but that may have been against Baal or something. I say disregard all "BM" ideas, and use slow if you think it will help you.|||So what amulet would you recommend for a charger using death as weapon, guillaumes face as helm and gore riders as boots...I think my deadly strike will be maxed and think of using either

atmas scarab for level 2 amplify damage and 20% bonus to AR or the metal grid amulet for its 400-450 to AR..

OR the cats eye amulet for

+30% Faster Run/Walk

+20% Increased Attack Speed

+25 To Dexterity

Would you prefer highlord (the kinda cookie cutter amulet)on this build?|||use grief instead of death, and highlords.|||Quote:

Would you still use grief for a pure charger? I assume you're suggesting a grief/shield setup?
