Is there an anti smiter?

[:1]A class that can easily and consistently defeat smiters.

Apart from: iron maiden curse|||in my opinion, the hammerdin or the wind druid (with 5 wolves summoned and stacked on you)|||Max Block Bone Necro|||a better smiter |||Hammerdin is the easiest (with other counter characters that I will list, there is a chance of dying through user error and the like for example getting charged on druid/nec, but you REALLY gotta mess up to die smite vs hammer)

Other characters that can kill smiters without much fuss:

bone nec

trapper (in gm only)

wind druid

strength bugged (use bo weapons with strength to bug enigma) bvc|||pure smiter?

So far I've killed every one of them, and since it's been pubs max stack I'd imagine. That's why I made blizz (not orb or nova) because can't be absorbed when in full health. V/T different story, then. And there the smite doesn't kill me but conv foh.

08 Valk - Chars that use it?

[:1]So I got my hands on a non-poofie 08 valk, it's certainly a worthy investment for my trapper. I'm wondering though what other chars could benefit from using it? Because apart from trapper and ghost, other chars seem to have better, cheaper options than a 08 valk. For the price I paid, I could buy 37x non-poofie 32020's that could benefit more chars.|||But what chars other than ghosts matter? I'm confused. |||Quote:

uh wut

It seems that only assassin builds benefit the most from using 08 valk. Trappers, 102fcr ghost and maybe hybrid. But then again, you could get a godly circlet for a fraction of a perm valk's price, and it would be a much better investment for a 65fcr ghost or hybrid.

It seems only a claw/claw trapper uses valk as it's best-possible equipment.|||my tele smiter uses it. give it to me. =p

kinda agree with bone necs. but they're better off sticking with a 2nec/20fcr/30frw circlet imo.

windys, no. pelts > by far. plus pelts can come with 2 sockets, which means they can easily reach the fhr breakpoint + add even more life via base life and pruby.|||I've used one for my 200fcr/142FHR ES firesorc. I admit there are better options, but it looks stylish - like those horns are holding ES ball over your head

You can use Valk for many things, but assassins can get most out of it. I use mine as replacement for 3/30 circlet on my zon since in single player 3/30 circlets are soooo much harder to find then Valk.|||Quote:

Mine is MerryWidow's perm valk. Safmy's valk is legit, I heard. It's probably worth twice as much as mine.

i didn't. =( i don't have a valk smiter. i was kidding around.

i think there're unperm safmys btw. if i'm not wrong one pre 1.09 safmy didn't get duped, and the remaining few did.

I know it's easy to get better armors, and it's better to wait for other armors, however, I sold a couple of 39-36 life light plates for um+pul. And i didn't really have to do much to find me a buyer. It can be useless, but people still pay for it .

I can't imagine anyone that would prefer 36 life over an extra socket. A plain 4os Gothic Plate is better than this armor in every situation I can imagine.

highest pvp damage possible?

[:1]i did some testing about damage and i got 21k hammer damage and 101k rabies damage, but i would like to know what could be the highest of all damage?, and i know that poison javazon can hit 150k with perf gear, but that dosent meen anythink, becouse it over like 2-3 minutes, so, if we calculate away auras and pre buff. what can be the highest damage possible? physical, elemental anything, maybe a ga glass zon with 8k ga, 7fps. they hit kinda hard, also a zealer with rare 450 ed eth ba, forty and pheonix can get some really high damage. also javazon with the right gear (vs non sorber) can take down players fast as hell.

highest one hit least reduced pvp damage is berserk|||I would have to agree with vknez...since magic damage is the hardest to negate then beserk would probably be the hardest hitting one shot since only mdr can negate it. Other elements can easily produce bigger numbers but are much easier to absorb and negate by stacking res and the right gear.|||Yeah, plague java is probably the highest total, but is resistible of course.|||ye berzerk might be the hardest hit, and dr wont work against

He didnt exclude elemental damage, though he wants to "calculate away auras and prebuff". A non buffed light sorc with all perfect gears (including 3light 3lightning 3lightmastery 2os orb) could get more than 60k++ lightning damage. That's the highest LCS damage I've ever seen.|||ye that is really high, wonder if ist a 1 hit ko :P|||60 000 light damage

pvp penalty ---> 10 000

75 % resists --> 2500 light damage

so not really ko skill

titan build berserker can hit 35 000 + deadly --> 70 000

pvp penalty 11666 magical damage. thing is that minimal is 1000 pvp penalty dmg

i assumed 615 str (35 base+505 from levels+20 ik gloves+25 belt+30 amulet)

helm +3 combat+3 berserk 2 sox 40 ed jewels
