AUto aim or godly pvp-er ?

I've seen some people seem like godly pvp-er.

#1: my friend use charge desysn ( Spell? ) about 12 time, but the sorc name lock right on top of him about 4 times and release lightning. when he using charger gear ( he is a liberator ), vigor and charge to desysn, sorc tele right on top of him to preven desysn? is that sorc is a hacker or godly pvp-er

#2: a zon tele - farcast WITHOUT miss any hit, when i'm tele-ing, he still far cast me ( even if i tele off-screen to prevent namelock ), lol
