Cheapest PvP build

My PvP story begins Season 7, I wanted to build Bone Necro as one of the best PvP builds in right hands. But he's gear was so much expensive, so my enthysiasm ended at 1/3 of all gear needed. After I returned and decided to complete he's gear I realised that he's not ladder character anymore, so now I want to build character that can PvP normally without fcr coronets or 15+ fcr ammy and so on. Is this possible(any build any character)?

If yes pls give me links or tell me some builds here(not LLD, I'm interested in 90+ duelers).

Me I would personally prefer to have pvp builds on nl over ladder because that is where all perfect gear comes from. You will see much less of that on ladder but still the economy is flooded with perfect gear on ladder too but they are much more expensive.

So yeah no pvp build is going to be cheap no matter how you put it. Sorry im not 100% sure if this is the cheapest but a hybird sin is one of the cheaper pvp build but even they are quite expensive if you want gear all perfect. Like all pubs we go to you will see gear like almost all perfect no matter what.|||Maybe some kind of low budget joderdin

You dont even need perf 35 fcr shields. Pretty cheap and magic damage hurts.|||ye just learn to synch and you will kick some as with that hammerdin. really cheap acctually
