Dumb Question about max block :)

Hello,

I would like to know if im using Stormshield on my elemental druid, i see 67% chance to block . . .

1) why i see 67% ? if my friend got 72% on his druid ??

2) Do i have to put enough dext to reach 67% block ? is this gonna be the max that i can have ?

-hover your mouse over your defense.

-that's your block.

-add dex one at a time until when you hover over your defense it says "75%" you now have max block.

note: after you achieve max block (75%) you will have to add 2 or so dex per level gained from now on.|||The 67% is the base block on the shield. By putting eld in it, you get a higher base block on your shield, so needing less dexterity. Other shields (like whitstans) will show they have a base block of 75%, and putting an eld in it won't seem to make it go higher, but that's a visual bug, it will go up.
