FoH / Holy Fire Paladin - Still viable for PvP?

[:1]Hi there,

I just recently started playing D2 again and am really enjoying it. I have been busy reading forums and guides to see where everything is at but the one i haven't really determined is if the Foh/Holy Fire paladin is still viable for pvp.

I was reading IMCanadian's The DayDreamer Guide:

http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/s...d.php?t=360950

and it seems like there is some good info in there.

Any got any suggestions on if this spec is still decent, or what other pally specs would you recommend?

I have a hdin already and not really wanting to make a smiter/zealer.

Are mage paladins any good?

Thanks for the help

-Kel|||A FoH build can build most newbies in duel games unless they are prepared with good gear and resistance. Then you have no chance to win. The FoHer is, really, only good for killing newbies imo.|||Please do not follow this pally build. I do not know what that is. you will get RIPPED-APART-SO-BADLY-IT-ISNT-EVEN-FUNNY in every single game.

Make a hammer/ charge or smite/foh if you dont wanna go full hdin or full smiter imo. The cookie cutter foh build doesnt quite cut it in pvp.|||If you are pro on mage it's one of the most powerfull builds otherwise it works basically same as basic hammerdin. Also if you are into palas and wanna build other than mage the 2nd most powerfull paladin build is v/t (smite/foh). Remember both of these builds (mage or v/t) are very expensive if you want to get even a decent gear so you have to pay quite a lot runes / fgs (if using jsp) / items
