"Best" 1 handed charger weapon?

What is the "best" 1 handed charger weapon? What hits hardest? Which is "Best" in general?

Is it death, grief, or something else?|||Botd is the highest damage runeword, but death offers alot more consistant high damage hits due the high deadly strike on it.

Grief and death are both good to have on 1-handed charger. Death is better for pure charging, but grief smiting is handy at times.|||lowest grief outdamages the best botd iirc. Go with grief for 1handed, you can smite if needed.|||Quote:

Outdamages in terms of average damage, not in 1 maxium damage hit, as botd got higher maxium damage.

But, as said, grief and death are both alot better options than botd.|||average dmg is what is important|||yep grief >>>> ebotd in terms of damage period.

Average damage is more reliable, you can't rely on hitting your maximum damage everytime.



perfect 415% ebotd zerker damage range is 185-548. Average damage is 366.5

perfect +400 damage grief (not counting 15%ed superior zerker and the 20% chance of deadly strike) damage range is 424-471. Average damage is 447.5 (a 22% increase in terms of average damage)|||Quote:

yeah but even so botd still does not out dmg death seeing as it as 50% ds on weap as well as cb so yeah ur still wong..

and if ur talking about screen dmg which obviously aint reliable then ur thinking is flawed

the only time when botd does more dmg without ds/cb factored is in 2 handed weaps

grief still out damages death weither it pure charge or not but it so happens u can deal high smite dmg with it

if u wanted to be correct u would say death and botd have higher Max dmg but grief has better Avg dmg
