Eth Runemaster as a pvp item?

[:1]I heard about people talking about this as a pvp zealer weapon. What do u actually socket it with? and what other builds for pvp can use this as a better choice? Thing that puzzles me, isnt a ebotdz a better choice or eth dc or grief for constant 400 dmg boost?|||it's not worth using.|||Quote:

It's worth useing as a res weapon on a bvc for stacking put enough ias jewels with cold res or light res to hit breakpoints there brilliant for bvcs|||i've dueled many bvcs and i know they have a lot of gear switches they can do, but i've never heard of one using that. i've even seen 2x umed wizzys for vs es/cold sorcs, but never that.|||how can you put 2x um in wizzy?|||Quote:

worst way to stack on bvc...you will also use this vs foh or v/t? and open wounds are check per weapon, so with dracs you will get same effect...|||Quote:

The times I've seen this suggested it's been directed against ES-sorcs. Versus them, high damage isn't all that helpful. As you probably know, open wounds go straight though the energy shield.

Even though OW mod on weapons don't stack, 25 from draculs + 25 from a weapon = 50% chance. That's a higher chance then getting OW from draculs alone.
