[:1]I've searched and seen a lot of threads about this question, but no real guide or even informative post.
So-
I was thinking of making a PvP Griswold's Legacy Paladin. FoH Templar is by far the most reasonable choice, with simply socketing every possible socket with a 5/5 Facet.
But a few questions popped:
What should I fill with my other equipments slots?
Should I actually put 5/5's in all sockets or should the shield get some P.D/Um's?
Can I make a viable T/V while keeping the set on? Or must I change gear drasticly?
Thanks anyway.|||Socket to max resist in hell if you need it. Also it might be a good idea to keep another shield/armor filled with bers if you're up against melee. You'll have 15% dr from belt slot max without putting bers in gear so that's a big weakness.|||don't go for defensive mods on a build like that imho, go full on for damage. so facets in all gear. you shouldn't be getting hit too much 'coz your desynch charging all over the show.
the 'advantage' of a griz fister is the extra -60% lit res over and above the conviction aura. not a lot of people carry that kind of additional res-stack, especially on ladder.
be warned, once people can stack out all your -%res, you're screwed.
as for making a pvp v/t out of Griz: don't. it aint gonna work. your smite damage will be pathetic compared to a Grief user.|||Well I'd rather use griffons, 3 foh/conv x5 5/5 facets, coh, etc. than griz set.|||You need overtack gear on Griswold Foher, and the easier way to do it is to use multiple sets. Use one full set filled with Light facets, 1x Head + Shield filled with Orts, 1x Head + Shield Filled with Thuls, maybe even a shield filled with Bers when you need that DR.
