FOHer Guide to PVP

[:1]ive been toying around with making a FOHdin for a while and i have finally decided to just get up and do it, this is what i came up with.

GEAR:

Griffon's Eye (lightning faucet)

UP HOZ (um)

Enigma Dusk shroud (alternate Jewler's Full Plate Mail 4x lightning faucet)

Sandstorm Trek

Dracul's Grasp

2x Bul Kathos

Seraphs Hymn

Arachnid Mesh

Jewler's War Sceptor (any suffix) 5x lightning faucet +3 FOH +3 Conviction

switch CTA/Spirit

9x PCOMB lifers

10x shimmering SC vita +5 res +20 life

20/20 ptorch

20/20 anni

SKILLS:

FOH max

Holy Shock max

Holy Shield max

Conviction 25 including skill+ after that you just add to the range

i tend to add to meditation for the fast mana regen but its entirely up to you

STATS:

STR enough to equip

DEX 75% block including Holy Shield

VIT the rest

ENG none (you need life more then mana)

STRATEGY:

conviction aura + FOH is what you need, avoid hand to hand combat as much as possible, teleport if need be. bone spirit is an issue so try to teleport within range and FOH him before they reach you, same with guided arrow.

CONCLUSION:

ive used this build to many successes, ive had more success with this then a gris foher, any ideas tips or suggestions feel free just dont be rude about it|||use either spirit st or jeweller's st of deflecting with 4 facets.

treks are useless. you dun need the str, and wws give 65 life and 15 dex for mb.

dracs offer you nothing. use trangs or bloodfists.

seraphs is useless. use maras.

you don't need a jeweler's scepter. a plain white one with 5os and +3 foh +3 conv is enough. or a +3pcomb/3foh/3conv/2os scepter|||Jewler's War Sceptor (any suffix) 5x lightning faucet +3 FOH +3 Conviction Does this scepter even exist? I allways doubt Jewelers was 4 socket..

*Uppis|||Sure, those scepters exist... a lot of them actually... just like with the runes, noone really knows where they come from, but everyone and their dog seems to have one (even I have one) - and that guy wants to get 10 x 20life/5@ charms, so it's easy to guess how will he obtain them.

As for the FOHer I've made one and I am no expert in LOD, since I never tested him with the aburd gear like targe of deflecting; but I use:

COH - for the res, non-upped HOZ - because upping it makes it require a lot of str (I use charge, not teleport), griffon, mara (could be something better), bks and trang gloves for some res (btw does IAS affect the FOH casting animation (it's usless anyway)). In my opinion best boots are ones with FHR and res; since this char has terrible FHR with this gear. Also, the european belt is probably the best; but well, that belt is so absurd, that it outclasses everything.,,|||Quote:

Those aren't jeweler's scepters that everybody and their brother has, they are white 5os scepters. A jeweler's scepter could only have 4 sockets max.|||Yes, I knew that, that's why I asked if such item as "Jeweler's War Scepter (any suffix) 5x Lightning Facets (5 sockets)" could exist..
