[:1]I've made a fairly nice weapon for a BF sin, so now I need to decide on skills. I also have a nice pile of standard lld gear (artisan's light plate of the squid, 15 life scs with second mods, 2xSoJ, etc).
Is 1 point enough for Blade Fury? My weapon does (iirc) 71-183 damage, but more points in BF will add a decent amount of damage. I was planning on maxing a sentry as well.
Wake of fire for large area or lightning sentry for higher damage and more shots?
Do I need insight on switch to replenish mana?
Any other ideas?|||WoF IMO as it stuns better and you need to make time with a Bladesin due to the long animation time and it being easily interupted.
I have a L18 Bladesin by the way.|||Thanks for the reply.
I skilled for WoF last week. The stunning is what I had in mind, so it's good to hear that that is probably best. We'll see how she does on the moor.
How does your bladesin perform? Do you have mana problems?|||I've been curious about whether one skill point is enough or not myself, especially after reading this:
Quote:
# The +min/max damage listed on the skill effectively works the same as +min/max damage added to your weapon on normal attacks, except that it is not reduced by the 3/4, 3/8 & 1/4 penalties. So for damage dealing purposes, on blade fury, you could treat it exactly the same as an offweapon source of +min/max damage, ignoring the penalty. This is especially important, as with high levels of blade skills, the +skill damage can deal more than the weapon "half" of the damage.
That underlined part is what makes me wonder.|||read this, it's a good read.|||Quote:

Thanks for the info.

Thanks, I'll read it with great interest. This is for lvl 30 dueling, so I'm limited to level 13 BF, iirc, though.
