+ clegaw sword ( 9 max jewel ) or magic scepter with sacrifire charge ( 2 x 9 max jewel ). Clegaw has advantage of ds and style point, but scepter have more damage...
+ 27 max crown or life crown or unique cap.
+ 27 max light plate or some rare armor...
+ death gloves and belt
+ can any kite shield spawn with " deflecting " suffix has lvl req < 9? Or pelta lunata is better?
+ what amulet and boots i should use?

-G|||A 2 socketed warscepter with lvl 11 sac charges is the best for this build, much better then Cleg's because this necro needs all the AR he can get and like you say you get more dmg too.
About your other items, i would at least get some AR on your jewels as well as + dmg. On your rings try to get at least 75 AR + other useful mods.
Armor: i would go for a 4 socketed option but you will need good jewels to lower the strength req
Amulet: 20 AR, 10 mana, 12% dtm are good prefixes and 5 str, 5 dex, 5 life rep, 10 life, 10% fcr good suffixes
Boots: nice rare boots can have 10% frw, 10% fhr, 3 dex
Shield: You can use pelta but a 2 socketed boneshield would be better. A nice rare can have 2 sox, 17% fhc, deflecting, dmg to mana etc
Also you want a +3 bonearmor head and +3 bonearmor wand on switch (+amp on those is a good thing)
If you have more questions let me know|||Amp and bone armor should be your main focus. Im not sure if a lvl 9 can have a very good blocking shield though.
