*Will FHR mess up my D/A/E? I should've used the jewels in a plain helm or a helm with life/frw ideally, but couldn't find one (life or frw I mean)
** Do Poison charms mess up critical strike?
*** What would be best socketed in this? 15 IAS, ED Jewel, or an Um, or a 15 IAS resist jewel?
I'm trying to decide what else I should keep stashed. A Jewelers armor of the Whale would be nice, and I keep checking larzuk (making games with an uber portal to refresh his store, until it gets boring) Hoping to find a Wirefleece one. Anyways, that armor, socketed with IAS/Resist jewels (15/15 ideally) would be awesome. My only question is should I socket it with 4x 15 IAS jewels? My lost of IAS when switching is in the helm, losing it for Kiras Vs. elemental characters. Would there be an advantage to having the extra 15% IAS (for a different bow switch maybe?) If there is no need for a different bow switch, then, what else would you socket into it?
I use the switch Vs. Smiters, Zealers and Bowas. Bone necros are hard (teeth lock) and fast moving elementals like Fireball sorcs and trapsins are difficult. Hopefully a 60/60 or 45/65 armor will solve that (using Treachery as a temp maybe, but everyone complains about 'Fade')
Any opinions? Any other bows I should keep in stash that would benefit from 60 IAS armor (even used with 45 IAS helm?) 'Ice' Bow maybe?|||Everything looks pretty solid, a few points though:
Poison won't mess up your crit, but it's useless on a zon, very low damage, and it's best off not using any, replace these with 3/xx/xx's or life/res charms.
FHR is not needed on a bowzon at all, utilize wsg properly and you will be fine. Also ditch the rare stat ring, as this limits your flexibility, for example (I assume you built in the strength), you can't use wisp versus trappers for example.
Hoto is just plain bad, I honestly have no idea why you're using this at all (plus titans gives 20 dex, so I'm even more puzzled). If you don't have javas on swap you are defenseless versus melee.
For D/A/E these are a matter of taste, dodge being the least important (basically what i'm saying is if you could get 2 more points of evade or dodge, get evade)
Now my next suggestions are going to be a bit iffy, as I don't know your budget or your realm rules ^_^
Get a 30 frw 30s helm. In addition always seek to gain resistance through charms, never through gear. Cold/poison really isn't an issue, just seek to get fire/lite maxed. For battling ghosts/hybrids you can always get max res with carrion wind, again this stresses the importance of the free ring slot for zva.
Jewelers armor of the whale is nice for alternate gear (heck even a plain 60/160 will work, as 100 life isn't THAT much life), this allows for several different setups, most important being 08 gaze dungo setup (with 15 strength from ring, this is the only setup that requires this, all others you can swap rings around as needed). The other setup is gskull drac for druids, this grants tap/ow and an incredible amount of life leech (throw titan at druid's pets for massive hp gain ^^) Carrion wind can also be used here for 9 more leech hehe.
Stuff like trech, tgods, Coh, treks is useless though. Get a pair of hots for fire (gm on east nl). Buffing fade for pubs could be cool i guess. If cube bo is allowed on your realm (it is on east nl and euro) use that for srs 1v1 gm, stuff cube with cta mara 2x bk and arach, this increases your survivability a TON.
Get sword back hold shield. This is really nice versus any non physical opponents, and is really nice versus max block casters, hit them with bolt and let them bleed (bolt autohits and can't be blocked).
It actually is very possible to get javalins that beat titans handily, but unless you're super rich don't bother. 30 frw pales in comparison to the massive fury/bolt damage that can be gained!
Other bows then gmb faith aren't really needed imo, for various reasons, this post is getting long as is hehe, so unless you really want to know, I'll leave them out.
Should be everything, was a bit tired while typing so I might have missed something but this should cover most things

I know that there are better Javs and better charms, I just gotta find 'em

I'm playing USWest Ladder (Druid on NL) I consider wisp, dwarf, any % absorb gear BM. Tgods is even BM IMO, but those dang FC Zons... Much to think about. Not many problems in public duel rooms

Well for fc zons they're using hacks, sorb them to pieces lol, hackers deserve no mercy.
As for sorb being bm, most rulings allow for limited amounts (80 max res/20 sorb is considered gm on east nl and euro for example), and it is quite fair imo versus a good trapper, the damage reduction is very similar to tgods (plus you can't use tgods without swapping to mat bow which is worse then gmb). If you don't want to use wisp, that's your thing ^^ just be aware that killing good trappers with just 80 res from fort will be highly difficult.
Also like I said don't worry about the rare javalins ^^ that is a real shoot for the stars kind of deal, eth upped titans are fine
