As i wanted to start a char with a expension character (never done that...) i was thinking: why not a pvp lld one ? So my choice went to the tiger claw cookie cutter asassin. I only have a couple of questions:
Is it possible to make a TC lvl 9 asassin reasonable good without the nightmare and hell skill quest points ? I know it would be alot better but i don't really have the recourses nor the time i think to get a character to hell atm.
What gear should i wear ? I know the basics like death set, pelta luna, nagels (?) hotspur but what about the weapon(s)? or the ammy and helm ? I am not very familair with the asassin but i duelld some in my pvp time but they were lvl 18 most of the time
.What kind of breakpoints shoud i try to get ?
I hope some experts can help me

J|||unfortunately you really do need to hell rush for most lvl 9 builds. since they have so little to work with, they really have to have those extra skills. more than that for a ts sin to use blade talons the have to have the stats from the stats quests to equip items without using stats charms. stats charms are not recommended at this or any level because you can get better results from life charms.
