I need suggestions

I have built a decent lld lvl 18 zealot. I have had some good duelz with him but lately have been seeing more lvl 30 lld chars in dueling gamez. I am considering bumping my lvl 18 zealot to lvl 30 to match what I usually see.

I haven't seen any lvl 30 zealot guides so I was pondering if this would be wise. Should I just lvl my pally to lvl 30 and just dump more pts into is zeal and might? Or are there better skill choices for me at this higher level like, fanat instead of might?

Also if I do bump him up to lvl 30 should I also get higher lvl gear on him?

Currently he is using:

3 os Crown w/ maxers (not perf)

Clegs sword w/maxer

Twitch w/maxer

4 os Shield w/maxers

Deaths gloves/belt

Cow King boots

Angelic Jewelry

Any ideas?|||i've not made a 30 zealot. i have dueled a few but i'm mostly guessing from memory/experience. they're generally the same as 18's with a few more options. you can get up to 24 max damage on jewels and your charm selection becomes much better. you can get 3/20/15's.

-angelic

-honor divine scepter or knout. honor is cheap enough that you could get an eth one, but you'd have to replace it constantly.

- armor (not sure, upped twitch, or maxed armor)

-4os shield w/ maxers (could be wrong here)

- gloves (probably upped bloodfists)

- angelic rings

- string of ears

- sanders boots probably for the extra ar

been a while since i melee'd at 30 and it was usually with my kicker vs wolves and bears and barbs (oh my). so take what i posted with a grain of salt. most 30 dueling involves casters because jewels and charms for melee are expensive (at any level really).|||Even though I hate pallys with a passion I'll help you out.

There's a few different ways to skill a 30 zealer depending on what you're after;

Defiance build - 2 Sacrifice, 19 Zeal, 20 Defiance (only for dueling melee)

Helm: (Rare Ethereal Grand Crown/Grim Helm with 80+edef, repair, 2 sockets)

Armor: (Rare Ethereal Ornate Plate with 80+edef, repair, -reqs)

Weapon 1: Honor Divine Scepter, (Rare Naga 100+ed 40+ias, others such as eth/rep ctc amp)

Shield 1: (Rare Ethereal Grim Shield/Akaran Rondache 30/20 block, 80+edef, 2Os, repair), 60+ed 100+ar 4 socket Akaran Targe/Akaran Rondache/Crown Shield

Weapon 2: +Holy shield scepter

Shield 2: Spirit

Gloves: IK

Belt: IK

Boots: Sander’s, Upgraded Goblin Toes

Ring 1: Angelic

Ring 2: Angelic

Amulet: Angelic

Charms: 40x 3/xx/15 scs or 40x 15life/15+defense scs

Jewels: 15+max dmg, 8+min dmg





Concentration build - 1 Smite, 1 Charge, 1 Sacrifice, 19 Zeal, 1 Might, 1 Blessed Aim, 17 Concentration

Helm: Peasant Crown, 3 socket crown, 2 socket visionary

Armor: Twitchthroe

Weapon 1: Honor Knout, +Concentration and/or +Zeal Divine Scepter

Shield 1: 4 socket 60+ed/100+ar Aerin/Crown Shield

Weapon 2: +Holy shield scepter

Shield 2: Spirit

Gloves: Death’s/IK

Belt: Death’s/IK

Boots: Sander’s, Goblin Toes

Ring 1: Angelic, (Rare with ar mana and other such as str/dex/life/res)

Ring 2: Angelic, (Rare with ar mana and other such as str/dex/life/res)

Amulet: Angelic, (Rare with +Skills life mana and other such as str/dex/res)

Charms: 10x 10/xx/20-25 life or 6str or 6dex gcs, 10x 15life scs

Jewels: 15+ max dmg, 8+min dmg





Fanatacism build - 1 Smite, 1 Charge, 1 Might, 1 Blessed Aim, 1 Concentration, 1 Fanaticism, 16 Sacrifice, 19 Zeal

Helm: 3 socket 20life Crown, (Rare Circlet with +Skills visionary, 2sockets, life)

Armor: 3 socket 80life Light Plate/Mage Plate, Peace Light Plate/Mage Plate, (Rare Ethereal Ornate Plate with 80+edef, repair, -reqs)

Weapon 1: +3 Fanaticism Honor Divine Scepter, (Rare Knout/Cutlass 100+ed 70+ias, others such as eth/rep ctc amp)

Shield 1: 60+ed 100+ar 4 socket Aerin/Crown Shield, 45 All Reist Spirit Aerin/Crown Shield

Weapon 2: +Holy shield scepter

Shield 2: Spirit

Gloves: Bloodfist, Death’s, IK

Belt: String of Ears, Death’s, IK

Boots: Sander’s, Goblin Toes

Ring 1: Angelic, (Rare with ar mana and other such as str/dex/life/res)

Ring 2: Angelic, (Rare with ar mana and other such as str/dex/life/res)

Amulet: Angelic, (Rare with +Skills life mana and other such as str/dex/res)

Jewels: 15+max dmg, 8+min dmg|||I would say that you are better off staying low lvl and forget about getting to 30. I used to have a low level assassin. I got her to 18 and things were good. I didnt win all the time, but most mages died a high percentage of the time.

Then i was in the same predicament that you are in right now. I then went to 30 and then 50. And then i was through with the build. The reason being that you feel like you have to play the build at a higher lvl. There are still going to be many that play it at that lvl so i wouldnt worry about it.|||my suggestion is to build another character entirely. it's nice to have one at 9, 18, 30 and a mid level. then no matter what you meet, you're bound to have one that matches.

Nice grushed account. It seems like everybody refuses to do grushes nowaday. And im guessing you got all skill, resist, and stat quest.
