LLD Windy (Lv 30)

[:1]Theres no guides for this... Would this be a viable LLD build?



1 Hurricane

7 Tornado

13 Twisters

17 Cyclone Armor

1 Raven

1 Oak Sage

1 Ice Blast (prereq)



Helm: 2 elemental 3 tordano (with a pskull in it maybe?)

Armor: Vipermagi (30% FCR, +1 skill, etc)

Gloves: Magefist (20% FCR)

Amulet: +2 elemental 20% FCR

Weapon: 'Spirit' 30%+ FCR

Shield: 'Rhyme' in a 2os Bone Shield?

Boots: Cow king (to help reach max block maybe?)

Belt: String of Ears



Inventory of lifers/mana



Are there better gear options? 99% FCR is the only breakpoint before 163%, and there is no way to hit that AFAIK with only lv 30 gear...



Anyone dueled/played a LLD windy?



Thanks!|||Yep, windy's are all over the place. Most common druid build I've seen at lvl 30.

For your skills, get some wolves if you want. Meatshields are great.

Instead of a 20fcr ammy, which seems like it would be hard to get and you would end up missing out on some nice mods from a regular fcr ammy. Use an fcr ring with nice mana (You have no rings listed btw) and a soj probably. That would give you 30+20+10+30+10 = 100fcr

And for you inventory your gonna want a large chunk of it to be frw charms. You gotta chase people down to nado them Unless you are using a telestaff on switch. Maybe a few charms with res as a second mod to fill up any weaknesses.

That's all I can think of, I've never actually played one. Make sure you get decent fhr as well and you will be good to go. I know of a few guides on different forums but I can;t link you to them here I don't think |||Meant to have SoJs in there. The 50% more mana and +skills (more damage) seem better than anything else I can think of that you could get from an ammy... With the exception of maybe Dexterity?|||fire's better imo, better range, no fcr worries, rarely runs out of mana (not that windy does). sure it can be absorbed even at this level, but who'd want to duel a sober anyway.

i thought he'd turned it into a guide, but i must have been mistaken. here's a thread from a while back about a 30 windy.

if you do go windy, pile on the frw and maybe have a tele staff on switch. you have crap for range compared to the other casters at this level and unlike a hammerdin who has about the same range, you dont have charge and vigor to help you move around.|||And actually I think the 163 bp is doable XD I wouldn't bother though.

= 165% fcr|||CDM, I made a Hammerdin following your guide. If I could ever find someone other than my friends and random chars levelling (I love watching level 60's complain they can't kill me) he's great.

Need some real LLDs to test on though.

Yeah, 163% FCR would sacrifice a lot...
