vs ww barb

its simple, i am looking for a build that will destroy ww barbs...

or at least be a tough fight|||Not many can, but there are a few.

Zons who can synch will get the shieldless barbs.

Hdins are tough, but can be countered; same for smiters.

All around, a nec is a tough match, but zerk helps the barb out.

In GM, a trapper can do very well.



There's nothing that is guaranteed to destroy a barb except for another barb.|||are you talking about the teleport duel wield ww kind of barb(bvc)? anything with max dr and mb could cause trouble forthe barb. bone nec and hdins more so than others. only hard counter to bvc is a barb vs barb build.|||Mage and V/T.|||A pvp smiter for sure. what does this mean?|||Mages are hdin + foh hybrids. A V/T is smiter (V for vindicator) + foh (T for templar).|||V/T is a Vindy Templar. Smite/Foh. Tough to fight, even tougher to make a good one and use it correctly though. Dangerous no matter what range you are at.

Maybe I've been away for a while, but where does a BvC get resists from? Enigma, and 2 axes...does it all come from charms? Sounds like they lack DR too.

Seems like it would be tough to get max resists, good fcr, and DR when you don't use a shield and your armor can't be switched out.

A fast teleporting sorc should make short work of any barb, especially in a GM duel. Unless he's just loading up on charms and absorb. And any character that can trick them up and catch them chasing you, Charger/Zon/Smiter etc.

If the barb uses a shield, then I vote sorc again.|||dr comes from coa.

A good build t/v, with high foh is a very hard matchup for the barb, and impossible to resist completely. A maxblock (!) is quit tough to get too as a barb. An assassin is to easy when it goes bm.

Sorc is NOT the way to go, a bvc is build imo to tackle those. Especially a 'fast' teleporting sorc, as they don't have block... If the barb uses shield, get any smiter based build.|||Quote:

The Skill, charms, and helm provide alot. Only a small handful of res charms gets them to max res.

And usually when getting DR, they use SS (which has res other than phys), so can still kill the sorc. Then again, that's a BvA, not BvC.
